Work orders include a scope of the project without the pricing details.
To create a work order, a project needs to be created.
You can create a work order from:
- Scratch
- Estimate
- Change Order
From Scratch:
When you choose a blank work order template, you'll need to customize category, items, task, and notes.
From Estimate:
All line items in the estimate are included in the work order. Below is an example. You can also edit the items list to pick and choose which items to show on your work order.
From Change Order:
All line items in the change order are included in the work order. You can edit the work order items list and pick and choose the items you want. Also, change the category name if needed. Just click on the edit button.
