There could be various issues that prevent your email from sending to your client:
- The estimate is sent directly to their junk folder.
- Business emails may reject or place them in the junk folder.
- Business emails may be expired and need renewal.
*Business emails ending with .COMPANYNAME, .net, .co, etc.
Alternatively, you can send the files via email, in-person (via printing estimate), or use third-party eSigning application.
In a future update, we will include the receipt and statuses of emails.
