When you create a new lead, you'll need to go through a lead pipeline. This is where you want to turn your lead to an opportunity and a winning job.
The first task in the pipeline is to see whether you contacted the client or not.
If you contact your client, you'll be asked if you want to qualify your lead as an opportunity. Once your lead qualifies, you can set a scheduled task such as setting up for a site visit.
A pop up will appear prompting you to type in an appointment date.
Once scheduled, you are now ready to start an estimate for your lead.
Click on start estimate to create an estimate for this lead.

When you finish your estimate, request your client to sign your estimate in the Estimate Summary Page. Once sent, you're lead pipeline status will change to "Awaiting Decision."
When you received a signed estimate from your lead, you have won your opportunity and now ready to manage your project.
You can find your project for this lead in the Project Page. Go to the left navigation bar and click on Projects.
